Where do the girls finally settle down? How do they end up there? What do they do there?
They settle down in a motel in Walla Walla, near a gas station where they were dropped off by a truck driver (who realized after a while that they were Siamese). They pay for their room by working for the motel owner.
Are they happy?
No, they feel lonely. The other tenants seem disgusted by the Siamese twins.
In the end, what are they really looking for? What are they afraid of?
They just want friends. As shown by the dream at the beginning, they are afraid of loneliness. They discover a social website where they can find friends by making music, which gives them hope.
